Hey, I’m Michelle – your host, coach, motivator, and biggest supporter during our fitness retreats!
With a bachelor’s degree in Sports Management and a coaching license from the German Olympic Sports Association, I bring a solid foundation of knowledge and years of experience in both coaching and management. From planning fitness programs to leading group sessions, I’ve helped people at all levels move better, feel stronger, and build confidence in their own bodies.
My journey into the world of fitness started early. I grew up playing soccer, spent years in competitive cheerleading, and fell in love with the gym lifestyle in my teens. Trying new ways to move and challenge myself has always excited me – whether it’s strength training, mobility work, or something totally different. That curiosity eventually led me to Muay Thai, where I’ve since stepped into the ring for several professional fights.
What I love most? Creating unforgettable experiences through fitness, bringing people together, and watching them grow stronger in every way – physically, mentally, and emotionally.
